Webstaller was started because of a specific problem we kept seeing. Cleaning businesses that had grown to 30, 40, 50 staff real businesses, good clients, steady work but still running their day-to-day on WhatsApp and printed rotas.

The owner would be the one coordinating everything. Chasing staff to confirm shifts. Taking calls when someone didn't show up. Sending invoices manually at the end of the week. Doing the job of a system that didn't exist yet.

We'd already built a GPS-based staff management platform where managers could see live locations, track attendance, and manage leave from one dashboard. That project taught us exactly what this kind of software needs to do in the real world.

So we focused Webstaller entirely on cleaning companies. Not templates, not plugins, custom software built around how your operation actually runs.

Hi, I'm Sharjeel Nadeem, founder of Webstaller and the lead developer behind every system we build. I've spent the last four years building backend systems and full-stack web applications, starting from an internship in backend development all the way through to delivering complex operational platforms for clients across the UK and internationally.

The GPS staff management system in our portfolio was a project that genuinely changed how I thought about software for field-based businesses. Seeing it used in the real world, managers checking locations, approving leave from a dashboard, having a proper attendance record for the first time, made it obvious this was the space worth focusing on.
